Hi guys!Today i will share with all of you on how to relieve anger!(Might not necessary work for everone!)
First,listen to your favourite music to calm yourself down.
Second,ask yourself why you're angry.
Third,think about the reason you're being angry.Look at it from another angle.Is the matter really worth getting angry about?
Fourth,look at the nature.(plants,trees,flowers,etc.)
--I don't know whether those methods will work for all of you but...personally,those methods works for me.
Lastly,let's all stay happy always!:)
