Relieving Anger!

Hi guys!Today i will share with all of you on how to relieve anger!(Might not necessary work for everone!)
First,listen to your favourite music to calm yourself down.
Second,ask yourself why you're angry.
Third,think about the reason you're being angry.Look at it from another angle.Is the matter really worth getting angry about?
Fourth,look at the nature.(plants,trees,flowers,etc.)

--I don't know whether those methods will work for all of you but...personally,those methods works for me.

Lastly,let's all stay happy always!:)

I hate this kind of feeling!how do i describe it? sad,angry,irritated,annoyed,regretful,somewat dissapointed?!!! i don wanna have this kindda feeling!!!! :@

Sometimes, you just wannna pretend as if nothing happened. for what purpose? there's no answer.

Why do some people keep living in self denial?They like to blame everything tat happened to others.They are never wrong in their own eyes.srsly!

When i smile,does'nt means that im happy.When i cry,does'nt means im sad.When i smile,i might be sad.When i cry,i might be angry.Im always troubled by smth.today,tmr and everyday.Theres not a day which i could really be happy.I think i shld say that im never really happy. :(

Why do people always look at the appearance?!Don't judge me by appearance wise!!!Irritating!!!
